Wedding Anniversary today! 32 years of being married - surely enough for anyone?
Anyway, just to encourage those of more tender years I want to let you know that it is possible to stay in love with the same person for that long. Not that everything is easy or straightforward, but it's possible. Sometimes it takes an effort of will, sometimes it involves sacrifice (not human or animal) and sometimes it seems like life couldn't possibly be better.
Maybe I've been fortunate; not everyone would put up with me, but I'm certainly grateful.
Heather, you will always be the most beautiful girl I've ever met.
